The little girl in this cartoon is based on Averey from Newport, RI.  Expect to see a lot more of her, as her mom, Rebecca Clark-Homer, sent in a bunch of Averey stories!  In this one, Averey wanted to let her mommy know that she was thinking of her as her future maid of honor…provided she meets certain requirements!
